The room is completely private. The apartment is secured in a gated community with night time security in a very clean and quiet neighborhood. We also have a alarm system and ring camera for extra security. The room is located a few minutes away from the Promenade which includes a movie theater, restaurants and plenty of shopping plazas in the area. We do have a 4 year old that sometimes might be around depending on your schedule. You must be child friendly. We are mostly out during the day and home at nights. We are looking for someone clean with a full time job. We would prefer someone that works late or all night. Other schedules will be considered. You must be over 25 years of age and pass a background check. Sorry no smoking, drinking or pets allowed. This spacious room includes the following amenities: Huge walk in closet, tv with cable, WiFi, utilities, brand new refrigerator and microwave are all included. The room is located next to a bathroom for your own convenience. The bathroom is shared with only one adult female. We do have kitchen and laundry included for use when needed.
